I went there this past Monday to replace my tire, Wednesday morning my tire was flat. Went there Wednesday afternoon and they “replaced” the same tire. Woke up this morning (Thursday) and my tire was flat again. I called this afternoon and the person I spoke to was very hostile and rude. I will not be back

Repeat customer here. I do not return to places that do not treat women well. The gentlemen here and kind and helpful. They explain everything so I can understand what I need and why. I am beyond happy with my new tires! New to me (used) tires in great condition.

Absolutely the worst experience at a tire shop. Replaced my girlfriend’s tire with a used one and it flattened in two days due to dry rot. Came back and got the tire replaced again. Tire flattened in 5 days. Also dry rotted. Was told to come up for a refund after we called and complained. Came back up to the store and they didn’t want to give us a refund. Had to go as far as calling the attorney general on them for selling damaged used tires (which is illegal in Ohio). Owner was unprofessional. Laughed at my girlfriend who was clearly not amused with the situation. See pictures of tire attached

Against my better judgement I purchased two tires from this establishment for my Cadillac Suv. I will say there is great customer service but I am not really satisfied with the purchase. The next day my low tire pressure light came on from one of the tires replaced. The following day both were showing low pressure. I did reach out and was told to come in. When I did I explained both light were on, but only 1 tire was replaced which I appreciate since they are used tires and do not come with warranty. The tire replaced had a large nail in it very visible which was really odd. That could have came after I purchased, who knows. The other tire I told was fine is still leaking, which I have to continue to put air in it. The same issue I had with my original tire. Yes the tire was inexpensive but I still have to replace it. Guess you get what you pay for. Customer service was great though, very nice owner.

I had a tire valve stem malfunction and I was losing air pressure constantly. I called 7 different auto/tire repair shops and all of them said they could get me tomorrow, but not today. The 8th place I called was this place. Johnny said he'd stay open and get me in today. I appreciate that sort of service! He replaced my valve stem and I was safely heading home within the hour. (They were busy, but he made time for me afterhours) Polite, pleasant, and they are knowledgeable. The prices were fair too. Next time I need a mechanic, they will be top of my list.
